My 77 wag has a dirty, varnished,and possible rusty tank, one to fit that year is $200+ and plastic. Will a tank from a newer rig bolt in? I know the pickup and sender mightbe different. That's not a big deal. Looking for a cheaper option is all. Was quoted $150 min to clean out my tank local too.
