jks trackbar fell off

My mechanic installed replacement bushings in my jks track bar a few months ago. This morning it fell off on the passenger side! Very scary stuff!



Is this common? I know I have had shocks with poly bushings come loose before so I just cranked em down hard and problem solved. What torque should I use? Lock tite maybe?
