I had some issues with my nv3550 in my 00 tj, after some deliberation I am swapping to an aw4. I have researched and found that a lot of people suggest the 98 -01 aw4's. I have found a whole xj with a blown engine for $200. It is a 94, from what I understand the obdi system is different. However the wiring is still possible but a lot harder to figure out. I have seen the rad design shifters and as far as I understand they still need to be manually shifted and I am not really interested in them.
