Stck between a rock and a hard place

I have a 96 limited with the 5.2, my dilemma is that after almost 20 years on the road she's getting tired. With 275k on it what can I realistically get out of it mileage wise, it has a replacement motor with approximately 120k on it and as far as I know the tranny is original, I don't wheel it often and it rarely ever sees mud, although the underside and the rockers have seen better days. I'm a broke college student and the possibilities of buying another jeep are slim, so my question is should I just stick it out till it dies or is it worth finding a new jeep to start fresh from and build new.
