It sounds like a bearing or something is going out in the water pump area, so I want to be proactive and change it out. Is there any sort of upgrade for the water pump? I've heard the 6.1 has a beefier pump and may fit. Can anyone confirm/deny? Other than the lower temp termostat, are there any paths to upgrading the cooling system? , Aftermarket radiators?
also, what else should I consider upgrading when pulling the pump? Maybe doing an undedrive pulley and new belt,
