Not your common pass side wet floor thread

I have a 2000 wj 4.0 and anytime it rains, I go to the car wash, etc, the passengers side floor gets soaked. It is not the a/c drain. Water seems to be coming in from the cowl area and is leaking down from the firewall inside on the outside corner where the firewall, floor board, and kick panel areas meet. The windshield is ok as well. I have taken off the cowl and sprayed water on the outside lower corner and watched it run down into the floor but I cannot pinpoint where it is coming in at. Any suggestions as to how to find and fix the leak would be appreciated.
