Hello:wave:
Im looking to replace the pads and rotors, but not 100% sure what direction I want to go with on namebrand.
My wife will mostly drive it because she will have our son with her while im working. So quality and reliability is #1. We do tow maybe once a year with it.. so it needs to have decent stopping power without turning to crap. In the past I have used Napa bought pads and rotors on my WJ and had no issues. I was looking at a stoptech kit (pads and rotors) was a little pricy, but if its worth it... im game. Only thing was the fact that the rotors are slotted and drilled. I have heard bad things about drilled rotors and that is what is making me look away from it. And also... from my understanding, you cant re-surface them?
Anyone have any recamendations? Also would be nice if the pads not make the rims look black after a trip to the store too.
Thank you.
