Sounds like jeeps are in a constant state of breaking down........is this because the last soo long, sounds odd I know, but, what is really going on here?
With sayings like JEEP stands for just empty every pocket, just exchange every part.......are they really that bad......or is it just Jeep myth.
I see alot of older Jeeps...70`s...80`s, even early 90`s Jeeps..........most cars that age are long gone.
Is it because the Jeep is used hard?
People think Jeep and just automatically abuse it?
I have a 63 , so lack of care and age is a explanation for some of it........but I see a lot of cobbling work on mine......cobbled together systems, instead of fixing or updating.
Is cobbling a reason so many Jeeps break down......?
I am new to the Jeep world.....but I get many reactions such as ... you will be working on that all the time....or... that will cost you some money to keep going.....
That is before I tell them it is a 63......then the look turns to this.. :teehee:
