oscar mike edition jk Qs

There was a guy locally tryin to sell his OM edition jku 2011. He claimed it had all the same drivetrain components as a rubicon. From my understanding...it has the rubi wheels and tires and thats it. Can anyone confirm what the OM edition jeep comes with specificly that sets it apart from any other model Jk?
