Where does this vacuum line go? Please Help

I found a vacuum line that got disconnected from somewhere? I have a video so you guy can see exactly what I'm talking about.. Please watch it my video and give me your input.. the vacuum line runs along the top part of the fire wall, The vacuum line is located on the passengers side.. THANKS
