DIY JKU heavy duty headlight wiring

Has anyone built their own upgraded wiring for their headlights. Have many bosch relays lying around and lots of 10-12 gauge wire and applicable ends. DS does make the best but just somewhat pricy for me. Summit has a good deal but shipping to Canada is an additional $20. So willing to give it a go myself if I can find a DIY guide. Already have the Cibie H4 lights in with the H13 to H4 adapter
