good mechanic with carb and 4wd knowledge needed

I am looking for an inexpensive mechanic in the northern va area that can work on my 4.2l 87 yj. The car doesn't seem to be running right, not sure if its because of the temperature here or the carb setting or both. I may also need to have some things replaced, i.e. distributor cap, gaskets, etc....

Oh, and to check my 4x4 differentials and whatever else seems to be ailing the car. I dont think the 4wd is getting engaged as I was having a tough time climbing a small hill in the snow today while a camry just passed me seemingly



anyone have any recommendations for the wash dc area?
