I received a call from a relative earlier asking me what may be wrong with his jeep. He explained to me that he had put his '14 automatic rubicon in neutral in order to tow it behind a motorhome. Once he tried to take it out of neutral, it would not go back to 2HI, 4HI, or 4LO. When he started it would grind when he tried to put it in gear, but wouldn't engage. What might be causing this? Any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks!
