How much should a new installed cage for a CJ7 cost?
The cage I have from the PO needs some work. I am tall and I would like to see the bars closer to the hardtop and closer to the door. I am interested in using the GenRight Jeep CJ7 76-86 Cage Stanchions as a starting point for the front of the cage. This will add $300 to the total cost. I have heard stories of people have complete cages installed for $600-$700. Is this possible when some kits cost more than that.
Are there any shops that are in the Sacramento area where people have had a good experience and I might start looking?
