My shoulders have put me out of commission, when it comes to weights, or even push-ups these days, but that's not going to stop me from doing something.
I've gotten on the stationary bike (my mountain bike on a magtrainer) a few times since giving up on weight training, and today I got back on the treadmill.
I did 1.84 miles in 30-minutes. I got a good sweat going, and the heart pumping, so that has to beat sitting on the couch, eating snacks and watching tv.
I want to get back down to the 170's. I can't wait for the weather to turn so I can get out on the bike again, because I hate running.
