Yup. I said "Secret New...." because you guys have repeatedly shown yourselves to be enthusiastic suckers for blatantly sensational thread titles. Especially anything that's new and allegedly a secret, and says so in the title. So I'll give you what you want.
However, this thread's topic might actually deserve that hype.
Imagine a tire that has retractable studs. Retracted when not needed. When you need them you push a button and they stick out of tire tread. When you don't need them, push the button again and they retract again.
Sounds like sci fi or James Bond or Speed Racer stuff doesn't it?
