Catalytic Convertor Help

I'm in need of a new catalytic convertor since I have the OEM one still on my 97 XJ with 194,000 miles and it rattles like crazy. I've heard lots of good things about these thunderbolt hi flow cats on the earlier models that aren't OBII and I was wondering if I get this one http://ift.tt/1yTAAD3 if it won't throw codes since it's the heavy load with the rear 02 bung. If any of y'all have used these I would like to hear your experiences. I'm stuck on a tight budget or I would get a name brand one. Any help or opinions on these would be appreciated. Thanks
