So here is a jeep my brother is interested in trading his ford focus for. His focus is a 2005, zx4 5 spd base model sedan. It has less than 75k miles on it but its not perfect. Has a door dent, and a rebuilt title. Good car, probably worth somewhere around 3500-4000 with the wheels on it. This guy emailed him in offering a trade, and it looks pretty straight forward

Has a rust spot in the rear wheel well, and the sunroof doesnt go back. Goes up but doesnt go back. Has 194k miles on the I6, what are your thoughts? Hes been interesting in getting a 4x4 for college, hauling stuff to his apartment and everything. Its definitely something hes been looking at, Im just wondering if you guys think its worth a trade.
My only concern is that it has high miles, but we all know how the motors are and I know the transmissions arent the best. But other than that is it worth it? Were asking him if hed ask money on top with it also.
