Anyone ever had a starter that wouldn't turn over when cold?
We've had two days below zero, a week or two a part. Each time my 4.3 Blazer won't turn over - at all. I can hear the relay pulling in. The solenoid doesn't chatter. The battery tests as good. It won't even take a jump.
Bad starter?
When it warms up to about 20-30F, I got no problems.
