was backing out of a friends driveway like i have many times . its a piece of **** stone driveway with some ruts minor swells and some wood boards on one side. im going back straight and i dont where my tires where on the boards but i heards a snap. i get out and look .......nothing. i start to move.... it feels weird. move alittle more pulls to the right. WTF!. shake steering wheel left and right . has more play and i heard a clunk noise. went home pulled out air box and it sounds like something in the steering gear box. its a delphi unit . do i open it up and repair it myself? buy a reman one? only get a mopar reman one? go new ?
