:cool:I just picked up a new to me 2003 Wrangler Rubicon, 176,000 miles, pretty clean but still finding little things I didn't see @ the car lot. It is an automatic with air conditioning that does blow cold when I checked it. I've put about 50 miles on it just running back and forth to town which is about 8 miles round trip - I can stretch it to 10 if I try.
I live in Northern AZ and we are in the Monsoon season now and the last few days it been raining flat out. Not sure that makes a difference or not.
Here is my quandry. After running it around about 18 miles - 2 trips to town not using air condition but I did have the fan on. I decided it was time to start my little book where I log miles, work and fuel. I popped the hood and started looking around to see what was there, checking fluids, filters etc. when I noticed the Air Conditioner Accumulator tank sweating and dripping water and then a small hole - maybe 1/2 or 3/4" at the bottom of the firewall dripping water. I've never noticed water dripping/sweating when the A/C was not on.
Any Ideas????
Thanks - new to the jeep - been lurking on the site for awhile though.
