Morris 4X4 varilok internals on a open diff

I have open diffs DANA 30 front with a U-joint going in to the diff and a u joint coming out of the transfer case, and a Dana 44



i have the Select-trac transfer case.



i would like to know the following



1. if they would be like a plug and play item

2. if mods needed what would have to be changed in addition to adding these

3. i'm not going past 2.5 in lift but i'd like to know if and when i do go off road or in a snow storm all my wheels are engaging instead of the 2 with the least grip.
