84 CJ 7 258 with Automatic Tranny (999)
Tracking down why I have two symptoms. 1 - No reverse lights and 2, the jeep will start in Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive.
I located the switch on the left side of the auto tranny and I have voltage there - so I think I need to look elsewhere. And I have a good working fuse.
The manual mentions an adjustable neutral safety switch in the column. A quick look last night and I didn't find it. Is it in the column itself? Any members know where its located and any have any tips on making adjustments to it?
