major recalls and safety issues information

The NHTSA has published an announcement on a lot of Cherokees. I am posting the link in this thread for everyone to read and if you have any persistent safety issues with yours please file a complaint with the NHTSA . If they don't receive enough complaints about the common issues they can't place a recall on it. I have read through several posts and noticed recall issues but do not have the time to read and comment on every single post so I started this so everyone can check the site for their issues and see if they are recalled and if not please file a complaint on the site or by phone so we can get our issues dealt with.
