Okay so I just bought this, really hoping its not a problem car. I was driving my car down the road going about 35 not sure if it was when I was accelerating or braking, but it just died out on me. No sputtering just a clean drop off. Power stayed on so I want to assume that was not the issue. Cranked over just fine and its not giving me any codes. The jeep has been driving great this whole time not a single idle issue. I had this problem ALOT in my ZJ and it was the Crankshaft position sensor in that one. Do these WJs have the same issue with them failing and is there a sure way to test it? Its the V8 model. Thanks for your time guys! :2thumbsup:
