2002 GC, 4.0L has an issue where sometimes the radiator cooling fan will not work. I have tried the relay behind the headlight as someone has already replaced it during it's life but did not solve the problem. Somewhere around 200 degrees seems to be the trigger point for the fan to operate. Does this signal come directly from the temp sending unit or does the pcm send the signal for this operation? I have checked wiring and connectors but doesn't seem to be issues there. I noticed that one time I tapped on the shroud and the fan turned on. I disconnected the fan connector at the shroud and applied power to it manually. Every time I applied the power to it manually it worked so, it doesn't seem to be a fan issue. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
