Is this a good deal? 1989 Cherokee

Hey all, this is my first post here, my name is Darryl. I'm looking to buy my first Jeep, I'm now to the point where I've vowed never to buy a Ford again! I'm just looking for a cheap Cherokee with the only requirements being 4x4 and 5 speed, I came across the one below on Craigslist and am wondering if it's worth what he's asking. Also, the miles seem pretty high, I know Jeeps go for a long time, but would I be better off waiting for a better base rig before putting money into a lift, tires, etc.? Thanks for any insight.

Only things wrong with it are a window off track and a squeaky belt. It appears to be in very good condition, especially the interior.
