Mirrors don't seem to work

Hello,



I've just figured out that there's a problem with my door mirrors, I can adjust the passenger side though the drivers side does nothing.



I've also noticed that the folding buttons don't work for either side though I can hear the motor when pressing the buttons..



Do you know how much this will roughly cost to fix by a Jeep dealer? Sounds complicated for me to fix.
