Noob needs transmission help!!!

Hi rockstar here, and brand new to the jeep world! I got my first real SUV 2 days ago.:thumbsup: Its a 94 ZJ Laredo. 151,921 on the od, looks like it hasn't been off-road...yet. In the few days I have owned it I have replaced the shocks, tcm, interior parts, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, drivers side mirror, exterior door trim pieces, fuel filter and lines, and the bolt in the track bar. but after replacing my tcm 3 times now (from junkyards for cheap) I still have issues with the transmission and the speedometer. Speedo doesn't work and the transmission is shifting back and forth from 3rd to 2nd at 50+. the O/D light is giving me codes 11, 13, 12. In that order. Can anyone help with ideas on what might be causing this? Could it be just the speed sensor or am I overlooking something obvious?
