Hello, people. Another newbie, here. :confused:
Help, please...
There was an Intermittent Miss on this 2000 Cherokee XJ 4.0 6-cyl,
with 160K miles, and the Check Engine Light was flashing.
Sometimes the miss was there, sometimes it ran well.
The scan codes were P0302 and P0304, so with some help from this forum,
I just today installed new fuel injectors 2 and 4.
Now, when driving conservatively, it still has the slight miss,
but after it's warmed up, when I Floor it, there is a Constant MISS.
When I Floor it, about every half-a-second, it pauses,
like it's getting no gas at all. And it's consistent.
Did I do something wrong in the injectors installation?
I labeled the wires, to re-install them in the correct place.
However, some of the connector plug clips were brittle,
and the "locking" mechanism broke off.
Any ideas? Thanks.
