2000 I6 / auto
Just wanted to pass this on in case someone encounters it in the future. The drain plug in my radiator deteriorated and started leaking. When I went to replace it, none of the replacement parts from any parts store I went to matched up. Found a thread in the XJ forum describing basically the exact same thing:

Except, I was able to find a brass petcock at O'Reilly that fit perfectly. One round of teflon tape (and not sure that was necessary)... no leaks. The manufacturer is Edelmann and the part number is 301200
