I've got an 87 YJ with a GM 350 and a TH350 transmission. Thing is, I hate having an auto in my "fun ride", and I'm looking to switch back to a four or five speed manual. What would be a smooth-shifting, relatively cheap and easy option?

FWIW, it'll be on paved streets 99% of the time, so I don't need anything crazy or incorporating granny gears.
