I have a quick question for a jeep novice... I've been trying to reverse some of the PO's previous "fixes" and one of them was bypassing the factory gauge cluster and installing cheap aftermarket temp and fuel gauges. I wanted the factory gauges to work again so I've been working on that. I got it hooked back up correct with the purple with white trace wire but when I turn the key on the needle slowly goes all the way to hot. Is this a bad temp sender? Bad gauge? Or am I doing something wrong here?
