YJ/TJ 2.5 compatibility

I have searched the forums and only found early yjs but I have a 1994 YJ with a bad motor and have a 1998 TJ motor I plan on swapping in. From what I can find the blocks are the same other than the temp sensor. I plan on using the tj block and clutch assembly. Has anyone done this swap from a 1993,4,5 yj 2.5 to a tj 2.5? If so anything I need to look out for? Thanks
