New member here and I have a little problem that I hope you guys can point me in the right direction. I have the dreaded interior lights stay on all the time problem but that is the only problem that it has. All the windows, locks and mirrors work like they should. I have been searching for something other than the black ground wire on the door harnesses ( I currently have the harness on the drives side pulled into the cabin and as far as I can check it looks good, I checked the passenger side also). I have opened all the doors and latched them with the motor running and then went around wiggling all four door harnesses without any blinking or flashes. The light dim slightly when the doors are closed and no door open indication on the overhead display. I also check the harness on the door jam going to the rear. All the wires look fine and no signs of damage or possible water in there ether and further more the wiper works fine along with everything else in the rear end. I got this jeep a few months ago and the they worked then only an occasional flash with driving and at the time the drivers side latch modules (both doors) where bad (not locking or unlocking, they just made noise) I replaced those and shortly after the lights just came on one cold morning and have not shut off since (a few times they will shut off for a few minutes then come right back on). The other problem it had was the left side turn signals did not work, replaces the switch on the column and that fixed that. I am sure is a broken / damaged wire some ware but I have no idea where it could be. I think I have check all the common trouble spots but am I missing something some ware else?
