body mount sleeve size

I have a MORE 1" body lift kit and a body bushing kit I was going to install this weekend or first of the week. I already pulled all my bolts after soaking them for a week in PB blaster although I had 1 that wouldn't come out I am confident I will be able to get it when the time comes, most of my sleeves and washers were nothing but rust dust and I thought the kit included everything I needed to install but I just found out I am supposed to reuse my sleeves. Since most of mine were toast and I don't have time to play the memory game and remove them again to see what sleeve size I need can anyone enlighten me to the size so I can go find some pipe and cut me some?
If anyone here has ever installed these 2 kits also please tell me if I am going to need anything else when I install them I have to get it done in a hurry.
