Do I need a new carrier for regear?

Hi, So I am planning on re gearing soon, and I just needed to know, do I need a new carrier when I re gear? I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 3.21 in it, I plan on going up to 5.13, since on Amazon its on sale. But, can you guys tell me if this is everything I need or do I need to buy some other things. By the way, I am running 35's.
