After days and days of reading and researching, I've decided on a set of tires to wrap around my soon-to-be-delivered PC Helldorado wheels. I'm planning to get Toyo Open Country at2 in 285/70/17. It so happens they come in 3 load ranges- c,d and e. As of now the plan is to get the d rating but was wondering what other people's experiences were with these tires and what rating you are using. I'd like to go with the e rating because of more tread depth but am worried about a stiff ride. My '15 JKU is a DD and right now sees about 90% road time. Other than rock sliders, it is pretty much stock but plans are aftermarket bumpers, winch and 2.5" lift. Sorry for the long read but wanted to give all the specifics. :D
