I've been getting a whine/hum while driving. It usually starts around 50 mph but I can faintly hear it at lower speeds too. If I let off the gas it will usually get quieter, when I get back on the gas it gets louder as I speed up. In the video though you can hear me let off the gas, and the noise continues quite loud, then you can hear me get on the gas and it increases with speed. I am holding the camera near the center console.

3 seconds it starts, let off gas at 7, back on at 9, off the gas from 11-19 then back on, let off at 30 and coasting to 39 then back on, by now you should know the sound and can tell when I'm just coasting and then hitting the gas.
