I've been having some issues with my transmission lately. It keep throwing my MIL and bringing up the P0700 code. I've replaced both sensors in it. The input twice and the output once, over the course of the past month. Still throwing the code. It'll go off for a couple days and then kick back on. I've been looking underneath a good bit and I think I may have a rubbed wore somewhere... The shift selector cable looks like it may be running the wires that go into the input plug. I have to pry it out of the way to get the clip off to remove the sensor. I'll try to get a pic up. Is anyone else running into this problem?? I've thought about just extending the wires. But want to see if it might possibly be something else before I go cutting any wires. Would anyone have any idea whether or not his may be caused by a TCM issue, or is it solely a sensor/wire issue???
It is also throwing an ABS/wheel speed sensor code, for both front and rear pass. side sensors. Would that cause a code for the transmission at all? I'm getting the improper 4th gear ratio code. Can't remember the P-number off the top of my head.
