CRD engine stalled + ECT + CEL

I was driving and my car electronics stayed on, but my engine went dead, followed by a CEL and an ECT light. Upon restart, CEL, and ECT light were still lit but car would run. Once I got it up to 20km/h the engine cut out again. I made it home driving about 10km/h. Drove about 10 minutes that way without engine shut off.

I have cleared the codes with a cheap Chinese OBD2 tool + android app (can't find my GDE code reader dammit). Ran the car around the block, with boost, and it ran fine for now.

Injector circuit low (cylinders 1,2,3,4,5)

Could this be a fuel filter issue? I purchased at 110 000km and drove for almost 20 000km without changing it yet. Still have one in box ready to use though.

I've read this could be a PCM issue. How much is that going to cost me? And can I swap that myself. I have a GDE tune so I'm guessing I'd need to put back the stock tune for that repair, right?
