Got a new 5.9 elec fan need help

Hey guys, I currently have a 5.9 shroud with a after market fan installed. This set up wasn't enough for my 5.9 so I bought another 5.9 complete electronic fan. The fan has three wires, 2 brown wires and one blk. Can anyone tell me what does what with this wires, and I think these fans are variable speed. Can someone confirm. I need this fan to be at full power all the time. Thanks:D
