So the Jeep is gone for good :(
The engine stalled out for good and the dealer refused to honor the warranty (bunch of BS and lots of headaches, but that's another story). Long story short, I picked up a new baby, a 2011 Charger. This thing can move. The MPGs are great too - 26 average, 30+ interstate.
