I have a box stock '92 w/2.5L manual.
Without warning, my indicated oil pressure increased by about 30# cold, 20# hot, everything from idle to WFO. Cruising down the slab at 65mph, engine thoroughly warmed up, used to show about 42psi, now about 62psi.
No other observed symptoms, engine runs completely normally, and no undue noises; and I'm relying exclusively (so far) on the vehicle's oil pressure gauge.
Comments most welcome, especially whether any oil pressure relief valve is accessible from the outside of the block.
