Camshaft Synchronizer(distributer) wobble

Early this week my jeep shut down in the middle of the road. Got a coworker to tow me to the shop where i discovered that the Camshaft Synchronizer spun, messing up the timing. So i pulled it and it had seized up (it is an 06 so this failure is common), installed a new one and it wobbled. So i got another new one and it to wobbled. So i turned the bad part of the shaft down on the old one and installed it. IT ALSO WOBBLED... So im thinking maybe cam issues.At 30k miles which was 2 years and 15k miles i had a lifter break apart which took out my cam. I installed a 505 cam and new synchronizer then.

Any insite would be appreciated.
