Is there something wrong with this kit?

I recieved this in an email from amazon. It looks like the same as a 2" BB, but is it? The cost is nice, just not sure of quality.



I was looking at getting the Rough Country Lift but saw this and was not sure.



Could anyone shed some light on this?
