please help.... lol

so, I went off-roading last night in my 08 JKU. I hit a huge divot In the grass. my alignment is definitely off. my steering wheel is about a quarter off to the right when the jeep is going straight. there is no pull or anything when I drive though. I took it to my buddy's shop and he told me that I was going to need to go to a body shop of a guy he knows. went there, he said that my left lower control arm needed replaced. possibly my upper left control arm also. and that he needed to repair the "frame/unibody setup and measure" and repair the axle housing as well. the windshield also cracked pretty bad when I hit the divot. anyway, the cost is $122.50 for all the parts (not including windshield). $206.40 for body labor (4.3 hours @ $48/hr). and $110 for frame labor (2 hours at $55/hr).



does this sound reasonable for what they have to do? or am I getting ripped off? sorry for the huge post, just freaking out a little bit.
