Yj parking lights and side markers on full time

I was going bed when I looked out the door and saw the 94 yj's parking lights on. I immediately thought one of the kids left it on, but after going outside and checking it out, that's not the case. The switch is off, but if I turn it on, the lights get marginally brighter. I didn't troubleshot, it has been raining all day/night. But I expect water is getting somewhere and shorting the circuit somewhere.



Any ideas as to where/what the cause is? Or where I should start to look? I have the soft top and doors on, and noticed water in the floor. That leads me to suspect a short, but auto electrical systems is not my forte. This is the first time this has happened as far as we know.
