98 Wrangler Lifter noise or Engine knock? Please help! Youtube video available.

Hi, guys. I need help diagnosing some engine noise. I'm not a mechanic so Id appreciate any and all help. I cant tell if its engine knock, lifter noise, or coming from the transmission.
