Looking at buying 07 5.7 HEMI WK

Hey guys. Avid XJ owner/wheeler here looking into getting a WK. It looks to be in excellent shape and has no mechanical problems. I'm just asking for any opnions on the WK in question. Any advice or things to look for when I go look at it? And a good asking price cause the price seems high. I do have a certain price in my head that will seal the deal if he agrees. But want to hear from what some other WK owners have to say. Thank you in advance for your replies.
